About Sandra

Sandra Vogt is a native of Michigan and raised her two boys in Texas.  After living in Peru for a couple of years, she returned to the states and moved to Park City.  After college, she started out as an appraiser, construction loan officer and then opened up her own real estate office in Houston which she ran for fifteen years. Community service fills in her spare time.  An active member of Kiwanis, past chair of Children’s Miracle Network and serving on several non-profit boards in The Woodlands, Texas before moving to Park City, she has found new interests in her new surroundings.  Moving to Park City in 1999, she quickly adapted to the mountain lifestyle, buying a new road bike, new skis, hiking boots and snow shoes.  She belongs to the Park City Builders Association, Kiwanis International and serves on committees for the Park City Board of Realtors.  Sandra served as President of The Egyptian Theatre on Main Street from 2006 to 2008.  Since 2000, The Luxury Home Tour and Auction of Park City has been a main focus of her philanthropic side.  As chairperson, Sandra has taken this to a success of raising nearly $200,000 annually to support The Peace House where domestic violence is addressed through education and a safe house.

With thirty-five years experience in real estate marketing and development, a well rounded real estate career has given her a diverse real estate background and finds that integrity in life and business is her most valued asset.  She has done everything from commercial apartment buildings to condominium conversions.  Over the last twelve years in Park City, she has sold over five hundred condominiums, single-family homes and continues to market properties for Bank of America, Chase Bank, New York Mellon Bank, VA, Fannie Mae, Homepath, Skyhill, etc.
Accreditations and Certifications include:  Utah Associate Broker, Five Star Institute REO Certification, a FORCE member in good standing, Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification, Certified Distressed Property Expert and serves as the Keller Williams Park City cares chairperson.  Park City Board of Realtors Professional Achievement Award 2008, 2009 and 2010.  Park City Leadership Class #9.
