Sean has lived in the Park City area since 1986 and has vast knowledge of the numerous micro-markets within the greater area.  In addition to helping numerous buyers and sellers achieve their dreams, Sean is active in several organizations which give him enormous breadth of experience in the Park City/Deer Valley real estate arena.  Here are a few of his current endeavors:

Associate Broker, Empire Pass Real Estate, a marketing group of Keller Williams Park City Real Estate.

President, Empire Pass Inc, specializing in real estate consultation, water system consultation and adventure travel.

President, Deepwater Distribution Company, Inc., the preeminent water company of Brighton Estates.

President of Manager, Friends of Guardsman Pass and Empire Pass, LLC (FOGPEP,LLC), a non-profit spearheading SR 224 access issues from Park City into Wasatch County.

Director, Brighton Estates Property Owner’s Association.

Sean was an international river guide in his former career and worked in Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea, Nepal, Ecuador, Chile, Alaska, Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. His travels helped him become fluent in Spanish.  Sean and his wife, Bridget, live in Brighton Estates, a a unique alpine community just south of Empire Pass (Deer Valley), at almost 9000′ in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains.  He is also an avid kite surfer.
